u can choose low cost buildings, I dont know names as I dont go to low cost buildings, these days cleanliness is very poor. it was not the case few years ago.
mostly girls only do 3some,only if other girl is also her friend.
first understand what is your budget, if u take 3.2K grils then it would be 6.4K for one hour, and you might need 2 hours for 3some, so that you will get time to speak , get comfortable etc etc
or go to further low cost, like Nepali bari etc, you will get even for 1.2K or 1.4K.

basically no one says, in this building we would offer 3some, its upto you to develop rapport, get another girl and do it.

dont waste time in searching telugu girls.

yes rate increase is a big problem, after COVID they had major challenge in collections , so room rent and pimp share also increased.
the actual amount which the girl gets is only 70-80% of what we pay.
instead of reducing slightly or keeping same rates, they have actually increased. dont know whats thier logic

the rates are fixed by a syndicate , or u can call union. there is a formal Union there and building wise they decide rates.
so even a girl is not having good business for several days, she wont accept customers for low price, because the building manager(dharman) wont allow

at the max, a girl quoting 5.3k in premium building might come for 4.2K. many dont even do that

but now some buildings around ganga jamuna and behind ganga jamuna are giving 1.5 hours for 4.2K or for 3.4k you can have dance + shot etc.
buildings like PB, Kanchan palace, geethanjali rahat palace, night lovers etc are quoting 5.3K, only sangam has girls with 4.2k and bharat building you can get for 3.4 also if you bargain
but there are also buildngs like , Neelkamal whihc is renovated now, actually, 20-30 years ago Neelkamal was the most famous building in entire SG, ,
just few months ago they repaired it, having girls for 4.2K or lower
there are buildings for 3.2K also, which have AC, proper bed etc. but I dont like the ambience in those buildings and i dont like to go into those streets.

even iam finding it very difficult because of these high costs, since i know few girls very well they expect me to stay 2-3 hours as we spend atleats 1 hour only talking on some issues of thiers.
I go once in few months and since they see me after few months, minimum 1 hour goes in general chit chat or drinking tea with each one of them ( i could say, my costliest tea)
so, per day cost is becoming high even for me. but I go once in a while only for the dance, many girls now are coming from mumbai having worked in DB, they dance very well

actually, people like us are not real customers, in premium buildings many builders, local politicians, police etc, local goons with frds they all visit
they spend full night drinking and sleeping next day, so these girls on few days get most of the montly income.
i.e 80% of thier income they earn on 20% of the days, on 80% of days they wont have much work
with people like us who go for 1-2 girls in a day or max 2-3 hours wont fetch them anything.

its only due to customers like above I mentioned , they buy new iPhones every time
