Actually I have to disagree with both of you guys. I've been hobbying for just about 30 years and have experienced many amazing masseuse who are both enthusiastic and skilled charging the current market price of the day.

As in most service industries these days however the providers expect gratuities and accolades for showing up and burning oxygen rather than performance.

By accepting a hamburger served cold and waiting for your tab patiently, then tipping as per expectations we all contribute to this being normal.

Well done Maestro! $80 is insane, even Sunny with her exceptional skills doesn't ask that much.
Though I am extremely intrigued with the quality of the massage. The little experience I have has told me that many are just not focussing on the primary reason we came.
Might add them to my ever growing list!
