I have frequented Song Blossom lately and have enjoyed the presence of Lily's demeanour.

Place seems busy, is clean and while Lily is still going through her training, the end result of my session is always a good experience.

I have not run into any of the other ladies, however I book Lily direct so I am quickly ushered into the room when I get there.

My last visit I was surprised to be greeted by a Caucasian male when I came up the stairs

Perhaps he also does massages, but it appeared as though he was the booker/manager just the way he was behind the desk and the greeting itself.

Anyone else run into this fellow.? That was a first for me seeing a guy at one of these locations, let alone a Caucasian. Kinda caught me off guard,

Yeah. I was surprised by his presence and agree, in this world a male operating a place like this needs to be in the back ground.

Although when I started out visiting MP's when I lived in Vanc, the Asian establishments usually had male managers or owners running shop. It seemed normal then, lol.

It was usually a grizzly old Papasan looking after the front entrance.

But many years later, this was a first for me at a Studio.

I know most of the Asian micros are handled by guys (bookers) but that was the only connection, as they were never present at any of the location their ladies worked out of. At least I never saw them.

He is likely trying to save paying someone to do it or keeping tabs on the appointments to make sure he is getting his correct take on the room fees.

I am guessing room fees.

Or to put a whole other light on the subject, perhaps he was doing up his belt because he just finished servicing one of our male members here, lol

Was there when it first opened and this guy was behind the counter, but at that time they were doing the women's cut and gromming things. Thought it a bit weird but if they are only doing massages now, it's totally weird.

Just looked at Song Blossom's lineup online and either names have been changed or there is mostly new staff. Lily and Alex are still there, but now there is Kathy, Carrie and....wait for it...Ada. That makes three more Adas added to the scene in a matter of weeks. There has got to be multiple owners reading these reviews... lol!!!!

Plus...there is a Kijiji ad for 60 dollars an hour. Wait...does that mean a basic jackhammer h-j is now going to cost 80 dollars for you guys?

yeah, it's ready happening... On some places girls ready offering me h-j $80. One way price going down, but on another way price going up. They are still looking to get same money or more.

I'm actually willing to give this place another shot if they are offering $60 per hour massage. Can anyone recommend someone there who gives a good massage?

Oh keep in mind that the $60 is just the room fee. $20 less only. But when the gals quote you a price for the fun, it's on top of the $60 so making it more expensive because they quote ridiculously high for the product presented.

Viky is on their website and can be booked online. I enjoyed Michelle's massage...but haven't felt any desire to go back. Even Michelle haggled about the tip. I fear they probably still are doing that...perhaps all of them. Hell...I even read a Google review from awhile ago claiming that.

Definitely do not agree to this practice because tips are given as a Thank You to great service I was provided and I feel the person giving the service deserve it. Haggling and expecting tips for doing your job is NOT cool.

Don't wanna get started in 'TIP's again but to take it one step further welldunn, I feel that:
1. You pay for the service/product you get,
2. You say Thank you for great service with repeat business
3. You TIP for service/help above and beyond what you paid for.

An example using product...You have a job to do at home. You go to the supplier and he (1) sells you something to do the job but also (2) sells you exactly what you need as in no undersell or oversell, or give great advice.
You go home and have trouble using the product (won't start etc) and the rep/manager or whoever, stops by your place on his way home (3) to get you started.
I think TIPs just to get you what you paid for is stupid. They are robbing you if you pay and they don't give it to you.
Can you tell I am really bent out of shape on this tipping concept? LOL

So I tried stopping by one of my favorite places not too long ago: Blue Sky. It was after 6pm., the door was locked, and the lights were off. It was hours before their advertised closing time. This was the second time this happened to me.

So...off to Song Blossom I go. (I wasn't about to head back across town anywhere.) Saw three ladies: one being Michelle, one looking familiar and the other, I have no clue about.

I got the familiar one: black (I think curly) hair, glasses, in her forties, maybe fifties, and slim body. She was definitely new to Song Blossom, but I couldn't tell you where I've seen her before. Perhaps she is the one who advertises as Viky Massage at the Song Blossom address... (I never asked her name)

Great full body massage...only the feet were ignored (And most ladies do anyways). Surprising...no offers of happy endings...but she definitely sends physical signals: a couple of deliberate tweaks of the nipples, and groin and pelvic massages with deliberate contact of maestro junior with the back of her hands. (SO ASK AND YOU PROBABLY WILL RECEIVE)

Most importantly: no dirty looks about the tip, which was only five dollars less than what I like to pay my favorites. I would recommend her...but I hope not to have to repeat. I'm going to start calling my favorite places instead of just showing up.

I don't know, Kim, we're gonna have to give you a D- for THIS "report"! I mean, not asking for names?? What's up with THAT??

They had an ad running for this new hire...

The ad said she was 24, but she could have just as well been 18 ...I will say right off...she knew virtually no English.

Because of her lack of English, I'm going to make the details vague. Otherwise, I might wind up singled out on Craigslist or Backpages next.

When she worked on my back, she was clearly on her phone and constantly. (I KID YOU NOT!!!)

MM, forget CL or BP. Old stuff. Live video broadcasts is the rage in China. Companies such as MOMO are in vogue. Potentially good stock to invest in as well (ADR on New York exchange: MOMO). If she was playing on the phone a lot, your whitey arse might have been the content she was broadcasting live. What I say in jest right now may be next week's reality. Client awareness needs to be stepped up in places where ethics don't count.
