Looked for choice of therapist, and asked for Muskan.

BBW offered to take other chicks, saying 'Sir isko lijiye, ye achhi service degi. Agar aap ko chahiye to double massage lijiye.'

Opted for only Muskan. Had 30 min massage + 20 min extras

During massage, she asked 'Sir aap packet laye hain? agar laate to bahut maza aata'. She was referring to CBJ, but wasn't interested.

Damages & Experience:
Counter - 1500
Extras - 1500 (HJ + TL)
B2B - was offered for Rs 300 more, which I denied
Massage - 3/10
Service - 7/10
Ambience - 2/10. Was poorly maintained, cleanliness levels not up to the mark. Guess they have 3 cabins for massage (1 on Ground Floor with no ac, only fan and 2 on mezzanine with shared AC arrangement). Small attached bathroom (no shower) is available for the ground floor cabin.
