Spaboom, who uses it and is it working for you?

Does anyone use Paypal that is not Websites Payment Pro for this account? Payment Pro gets a $20 monthly fee and I'm NOT going to pay that. geez.

Okay, I signed up for this with the manual processing option for now, until I can find out about authorize.net from my stupid Merchant Warehouse account. (I've been happy with merchant warehouse since I signed up, but in the last 3-1/2 weeks, I've been trying to reach them about another issue, and can't get anyone to return my calls. grrr....)

Anyways, Father's day is coming up, and people are buying gift certs far-flung parts, for daddies living here in town. YAY!

If you haven't signed up already, do it. It's totally painless. Yeah, they get a (small) fee, but think of the advertising costs if you had to try to reach these people with some other form of advertising!

Breathe, How do you think the out of towners are finding your site to buy the GCs? I haven't had much luck so far with selling them online, but I've only had the service for a month.

My website ranks pretty good. By the time they get there, it's easy. I have a link on the main page, and on the rates page.

Breathe, I use spaboom and have a page on my website for clients to use paypal as well. If they use paypal, I mail out the certificates. A couple weeks ago, a client used paypal, but wanted to print out the certificate from Spaboom. She had to enter credit card info to do that on spaboom. I emailed her and told her I wouldnt process her card since she had paid through paypal. I just went into spaboom and marked her certificate as successfully processed.
