So, unless Eva is also Ivy, there might already be changes in staff. But, as for
Helen: Better English than I thought, and maybe older than I originally thought. (Late 20's, early 30's) Won't get a better idea until therapists are able to remove masks again.)
The Atmosphere
This time, I got the first room, at the front, too much In view of the waiting area. Helen was a Very warm, attractive, and surprisingly...a little bit of flirtatious of a lady. First off: the room was a nice size, with plenty of space, the massage table was comfortable, about medium sized, and felt like it had a heating pad. Don't recall spa music being played...but it was a nice break, and led to brief short conversations. Used organic coconut massage oil. Had towel heaters, and head rest had proper cover.
The Massage:
Positives:
Very good light to medium pressure kneeding of head, scalp and shoulder massage, good feet and hands reflexology massage. And the highlight: got on top for a deep knuckles, and palms glutes massage. Most ladies don't use deep tissue on the glutes. So for me, that was the best glutes massage I have ever had. Lastly, massaged everything on the front, but every man's most favorite. She was excellent at time management.
Negatives: deep tissue techniques shouldn't interfere with your desire to remain relaxed. Much like Kelly (from my last massage, only better), Helen used a hard, vigorous rubbing up and down, on different spots on my back. Her exact deep tissue back massage style, reminded me of ("Yan"), years ago at Tulip. The technique generated heat, and seemed to be farely effective....but...you felt like the table was going to rock so hard, you might slide right off of it. It is hard for your mind to be settled after that ends. However, unlike Kelly, Helen wasn't using this technique aimlessly, and spent the right amount of time on my back.
A side note: undraped on front...on the flip, after, placed towel over junk. After massaging, legs, and chest, I was surprised when she asked (essentially)...if I wanted one of the other ladies to come in give a more happier of a finish. If I was single, I think that would have been too awkward and uncomfortable. Especially, if she was leaving for the end. For some of you, you might be having a Paris Hilton moment, and saying to yourself "That's Hot!"
Facilities: 7/10 (sauna perfect, I could see other rooms were small, but nicely decorated with relaxed dim lighting, bathroom well stocked) (NO Shower, hard plastic chairs in poor waiting room location, lack of sound insulation.) It would be good to place a curtain of some sort, diagonally across the hallway, blocking the view of the first room at the left, and the tiny little room, the receptionist works out of. The fact that this place has a receptionist/greeter led me to giving this place a 7.
Room Ambiance: 7.5/10. Music is still important, but sadly maybe there was some played. Hearing clearly, the conversations outside my room maybe blocked that from my memory. The conversation was a brief distraction from my relaxed state of mind.
Helen: slim body, tight bum, probably
b cup, Lululemon or slim pants, normal loose t-shirt. Attractive, young, brown hair.
Looks/Appearance: 8/10
English: 7/10 (clearly understood my problem areas communication)
Massage: 8/10 (had many better, but not as thorough)
Customer Service: 10/10
When I can shower before visiting, I would like to be a regular with Helen.
