Could be for a few reasons:

1. I requested at one point previously that reviews that were posted on HFH were not detailed - IT & HFH has much different bylaws than Allure & SRM or any place in Mississauga or Brampton. At this point, the owner of the board suggested just to remove ANY reviews on HFH that had details in them instead of moderating them because of the amount of time involved. Later, the board owner and moderators had decided just to edit the posts to delete or remove any details within the review that were not appropriate. Since then.. the reviews on HFH have been limited.

2. When I opened HFH, I intended on the walk in client receiving the same treatment as an online client - no better and no worse. I don't cater to massageplanet.net any more than I cater to a new client who came to us without knowing about massageplanet.net. In fact I discourage any discussion of massageplanet.net or any review boards here at HFH. I have also asked clients to leave who have brought up the discussion of massageplanet.net to his chosen attendant because I would prefer the girl not feel pressure.. feel forced into providing anything she does not feel comfortable providing ... only because a client says, 'I'm from massageplanet.net' or "I read about you on massageplanet.net.' I don't think that it is fair to the attendant, it does affect the attendant's performance which in turn does surely affect the client.

Please understand.. I am not suggesting that HFH is better or worse in comparision to other spas - the girl's make or break you in this business and the decissions you make as a business owner

I would like to take the opportunity to also mention and give appreciation to posters on massageplanet.net because it was them who advised me in many areas of this business in order to create HFH what it is today. The reviews posted, pm's and emails that I receive help me to help the girl's stay on top. Always keep them coming *S*)

You are truly a class of your own.And i personnely never had any major issues @ your establishment.Keep up the good work.
I really do enjoy the current Mpa industry as there are so many well run establishments these days as we never had that luxury in the mid or early 90's.And as i said before in one of the posts that good and healthy competation always bring out the best of any particular owner.

I don't think there nothing wrong, discussing these issues.
If you don't want to want to read them don't, no need to get upset.
On the other hand there is propably a reason why people get upset. (maybe someone dosen't want this talked about)
I think Simons math is good.
I agree 100% with Pool's point that not everyone is a consumer.
That's why reading carefully these posts is a must to determine whats bs and shilling.

Yes, they have reduced the price and thanks to them. As for being fairly priced against the competition, I think its still high, but don't get me wrong, this price is fair when you compare to the service and the quality.
