First of all, I am a long time Suko customer. It’s my preferred spa in GTA. Also, Richmond Hill is home for me.

But I’m only one of frequent Suko patrons in last 10 years. There’s lot of them. This is on top of familiarity, comfortability and ease of dealing with Suko boss. From change of time, room, girl or even cancellation.

I also visit other spas either former, still working at Suko or I read a good review. Otherwise, I stick here.

Good luck in checking other users feedback and scrutinizing reviews. I’m sure you’ve done due diligence to state your claim aside from browsing. I would say you’ve seen at least 1 or 2 Suko MP’s I’ve posted here. It would be a start although small in sampling data and come to a conclusion as you have described.

On the side note, there’s McDonald, BBQ Korean Chicken (one of the best), Hongkong, Vietnamese and Chinese (temporarily close) restaurants in the area. Across the streets south and east strip malls there’s more.

So far, Suko has all what I’m looking for. I hope you do too on your favourite spa.
