Just reading through your post there are a couple of points to clear up.

Was this girl the "Problem" that you asked Raw to sort out on your earlier trip?
If so,you said he sorted it all out to your satisfaction. Why rub it in by giving her the bird?

Looks like she was busy with someone but you didn't want to wait. He had obviously barfined her before you. The change from a couple of drinks even with a 1,000baht note likely wouldn't have covered a barfine at SW's.

Without putting too fine a point on it, did you or your mate say anything to her, or agree where you wanted to go or what you wanted to do after the barfine had been paid?

Why not get in touch with Raw before you go in? I feel sure he could have set the scene for you and your mates to get the outcomes you wanted. Prior planning and all that...?
