Most of the Thais who want to come in may be MIB or up to no good (touts etc) - don't take it as racist - take some ID showing you are from OZ.

While the forum is a great selling point for MTB and vice versa I wasn't aware attendance at the bar was a requirement for particpation in the forum.

Due to personal preference rather than crticising MTB its just not my scene.

Maybe Nicke could give you scratch cards with log in codes so only those you deem 'one of the boys' can use the forum?

I was only in a quieter part of Phuket on my last visit, will be hitting Patong for the 1st time end of March for a week.. so guess scenes a bit different. There all in it for the money, even tho i had a few BGs for free and just had a good time - doubt be case in Patong, unless want a GF which i don't.

In this instance are we talking mainly of Thai's or coloured 'Asians'

I am half Indian and British born. I've been in India for 9 weeks and have tanned quite considerably. Along with my other 'Asian' features (thick black hair, body hair) I look more 'Asian' than ever

In LOS last year this did not appear to be an issue but I'm off again in a dew days and wary of what's been posted here, least not because I will not have any ID with me in the evenings. I would like to be able to get in wherever I intend to and certainly not carry my passport around with me (the only form of ID I have)

^ take a photo copy of your PP with you whenever you leave your room.

it`s not only required by law but it could come in handy if something happens to you and you are not able to identify yourself.

Was in Suzy Wongs last night... pretty packed when I got in (just before midnight)
The standard of girls was quite high, I liked about 6 or more of them!
Ended up barfining one of them last night for a great LT session...... Will definately be going back, just hope the girl doesnt expect me to BF her again, although I would have no problem with it.
Will look out for RAW and introduce myself and have a chat...
