Hey Jaime be careful the first few times you go out in the sun. The length of time you spend in the sun should only be extended gradually day by day. Remember, baby steps. Lots of people burn themselves when they lay out in the sun for like an hour, on their first time out. You should only spend about 10 min out the first day, then increase it by about 5 min each day after that. Remember to use sunscreen, especially on your nose and ears. And if topless, don't forget to spread some liberally on your nipples. The higher the spf number, the more protection you get. Sunscreen on your skin, is like a condom on the penis.
