You can look at one of my recent posts discussing 4 different Japanese women all between the ages of 23-27 who never worked at any other spas in a Toronto all at Ocean Motion currently.
There are many, many other spas that constantly have new, young girls in there rosters. Some are full service providers, and might come from some sort of overseas agent for places like La Monny, VIP, QQ Spa, so they get more girls, more often.
Some civilians who are on student or holiday visas come here, work at the nail spa, or noodle shop, can't make ends meet and look up online job ads in message boards written in there first language. There they find keywords in ads like spa, free training, cash and decide to go for it.
Now this spa that you promote here on massage planet is a nice spa. Clean, decent ambient music, and sometimes girls just over 30 can be found. But it definitely doesn't even come close acquiring "frequently very young" according to my definition of 20-30 being young.
Now, I do understand that you have some girls listed in there twenties, and I cannot speak for all the ones you have listed as I have yet to see them all. However all the ones I have seen that are listed in there 20ties were in fact 30+. The only exception is the larger young girl who just does massage, I think her name is Jennifer. I ramble on all this time to say.... Your spa is just fine, but your bragging is out of sorts and your information is incorrect.

TBH I don’t think it’s fair 2 pick one spa in Vaughan, full service, and say Nya nya yer wrong! I look at the dozens semi legit spas around here & all I notice = recycled girls w previous xxxperience. Most hobbyists no this, & they ask whenever there’s a new girl, “oh, what other spas she works? What’s her name there?”

The new gals @ Bellagio = really new, don’t work anywhere else, didn’t work in spa biz anywhere previously… incl Sophie, Vivi, Cherry, Lilian today…

For instance, Mizuki was advertised as late 20s but was much older than that. The remaining four Japanese girls definitely look in their 20s, but we can't be certain .

I've only seen Cecelia at Bellagio and I'd be surprised if she wasn't in her 20s, but then again, it's so hard to tell.
