Could I get that price list as well, please. I work in a spa and we use these sheets. One of our LMPs is venturing out on her own and would like to check out the prices!

BTW, we have been using these for well over a year, and only had issues with cradle covers stretching out.

No kidding! I called to place an order about 12 days ago. I haven't gotten the order confirmation, as I think they didn't get my email correct. Very frustrating. Just another phone call to put on the list for Tuesday. :irked:

I've been using their sheets, blankets and eye pillows for about two years. Overall, I like the quality and feel of the linens. I've had several clients comment on the eye pillows and ask me to order one for them. (The eye pillows have washable covers, which I love!) The downsides are pretty much what everyone else has mentioned:
- customer service and order fulfillment is slow and inconsistent
- oil stains do not release out very well
I drop my laundry off at a service, they launder according to my instructions, and I have significant oil stains on several of my sheets that's taken them out of active duty. Weirdly, I primarily use a cream, not oil. (I do let my sheets sit for a few days before dropping off a load of laundry. That could be part of my problem.)

So if you've got the patience to deal with the weird customer service and the money to replace these sheets after a couple years (sigh), they are really lovely to work with on a daily basis.
