If you see Giers posts over time the story is he already has another Bar under Tiger so its hard to run them both.. Of course selling one is desirable but running 2 over high season is more desirable then renting it to Thais that were messing him about..

So for now he runs them both while the bar is on the market for a suitable buyer at a price that Gier will take..

Everything LivinLos say is correct (at least in this posts ). I wasnt to happy with the people that rented the bar, and even if I dont find a buyer its better to run it myself in the highseason.....
Its also easyer to sell when you know the bar is in good shape all the time.

When I reopened yesterday, we (3 people) needed to work hard for 5 hours just to clean the place up.:sad:
