OK- after reading all the glowing reports about Sunny, I finally booked an appt. with her tomorrow. I'm not sure what to expect- Do I bow down and call her "Your Majesty" or something? I feel like a total nube again. Anything I should or shouldn't do? What kind of tip does she expect or is she totally professional in not "expecting" a tip?

She is a bit shy when you first meet. But she doesn’t show it in the massage.
The buildup is fantastic and by the flip you are at her mercy.
She’s a great conversationalist if you really just talk to her.
Don’t negotiate as she’s worth every penny, and don’t rush your time with her. Repeat, respect, and repeat will make all the difference. And extra tip goes a long way.
Point is, she’s the best I’ve met, and well worth your business.

Just be yourself and act the gentleman you are. Basic massage is 80/hr and she will let you know the options, and it is not a long list, very straight forward. There is a clean bathroom and shower, but first time, best to arrive freshened up as you would for a date. She is a simple, decent woman, and there is no complicated protocol. Enjoy

OK, reporting back!
A very enjoyable massage, but I'll be analytical:

Pros: A very beautiful girl for 40+ and, as reported, quite shy but willing to talk when engaged. Very welcoming and friendly.
-Nice clean room, house, table. All as expected.
-Massage exactly as I asked. Addressed the problem areas that I pointed out to her. She has a unique approach to her massage, but then every girl does, right?
-Prices as stated and wasn't cheated of any of my hour.
-She has a towel heater in the room so she didn't even leave to get towels!
-No one-handing-while-texting or answering phone calls. I had her undevided attention from walking in the door to walking out.

Cons:
-Room was cool but the table warming pad was nice. I noticed at the end of the massage there was a small heater in the corner so perhaps if I had complained she might have used it.
-After all the ragging on Xiaoping for using Canola oil- guess what she uses??
-Personally- She's on the other side of town for me very inconvienent.
-No shower was offered.

Overall= I didn't find her massage much better from Cindy or any other girl at XP. Yeah, she's younger than some; and very pretty but for me she's not worth the extra $ and the extra traveling.

Price wise, she is great value, so extra dollars compared to XP? No comparison - a DIY with someone less attractive, and those boobs, hmm, I guess each to their own.

I hear lots of complaints about Canola oil, but don't mind it myself. It's not scented, which might be a good thing for some. I don't know of any issues using it? Unless there is a huge wok or frying pan in the room, I am not worried I will be cooked for the pets next meal

Thanks for the info. I too prefer Sunny, even though I have not met KGirl.
Thankfully I was able to land an appt with Sunny. Excited to say the least.

I am not sure if you have seen Robin. She advertised on Kijiji and most recently on LL. She claims to be a rmt but her massage skill was sub par. However, if you have seen her pictures, those are real. She is an attractive lady. I will encourage you to try her once. She’s in millwoods area and watch out for school zones when you are in the area...I got a ticket and made that a very expensive massage.

Absolutely agree with you on a Kgirl. Her massage skills are non existent and her appearance isn’t my cup of tea... She isn’t a massage therapist per say but rather an escort service provider. Seen her once based on the CAF reviews that are way too generous....

She put me in pure bliss with this neck rub she does at the end while on your back that is just AMAZING!
