The question isn't "should I tip her?" (the answer is almost always yes), it's "does she directly request a tip for these services?" It is absolutely possible to have a fantastic session (extras or not) without the expectation of a tip. If you offer one, it's either turned down or accepted graciously with (possibly feigned, depending on culture) surprise.

I understand exactly where you’re coming from.

Especially when meeting a mpa for a first time.

To LI, it’s a huge plus if the mpa stays in the moment and in ‘character’ as a gf. So the ones that don’t mention tips but provide extras (whether asked or not) are the true stars for the GFE.

Yes, it's nice, but what if the customer just wants a strict MPA limit session, and didn't want to be required to tip for services? If she goes down, he might feel obligated to pay and be unhappy about it. Some people are very cost conscious, and then there are a few who are willing to take a HJ and not consider they are cheating on their women but a BJ goes too far.
