Hahha I don’t know what your relationship is with the spa(s). Anyways, today is leg/back day for me so I will be super sore tomorrow. If I happen to get Lulu (big if since I will be walk in), I assume she will know what to do. And I imagine her strength level is multiple times stronger than me.

You can also try Mia, she is the best masseuse, better than any RMT, I have visited. She and Angela at Golden 101 are at the top of the massage game in Spa world. I don't do bro splits, but she sees me after a full body workout and can diagnose and get all the kinks out in short order. Low mileage girl, but gorgeous and sweet. Not much English, but a super chill lady who lets her skills do the talking.

Thanks! I will just go do walk in and get who I get. Most of the knots in my muscles have been worked out recently by the girls @ IU; heck, even victoria @ bellagio managed to work out one small leftover one in a calf (No, i was not expecting that). So it's just soreness from today! Get that blood flowing so i can hurt myself again on Friday. I'll let you know who I end up with!
