That just tells me (as it states) is that the sanctions on Russian are taking affect. Russia is one of the worlds largest producers of weapons and are a weapons exporter. They are 2nd only to the US. So, if they can’t produce enough weapons to keep up with what they are expending they are now importing. You’d think they could have either ramped up production or diverted exports to domestic needs.

North Korea will only be able to provide so much before even they need to stop or risk dismissing they’re power. Then where will Russia go for their supplies?

The sanctions are definitely making a significant impact. I wonder if Russia’s repercussions will trickle down to North America and have some sort of impact on us as well? Gotta acknowledge Putin’s determination regardless though Lol
