One newbie mistake I make all the time is I carry too much cash with me...when it comes time to pay at the end, they see me pulling out this big wad of cash and I know I just fucked myself lol

I have had the same experience.. The MP eyes open up so much and asked why I have so much money and if I’m afraid of getting robbed.. Made me think about what she said..So now I just keep 1 money clip else where and the other in my pocket.. My other hobby is also expensive and if I see I deal on market place.. I may pop by and see the product..

Unfortunately it’s drag racing (summer months) but all controlled.. I have a race car its one expensive hobby.. I’m lucky I have a good crew..

Wow.. It can be very very expensive.. if I blew a turbo or any engine components your looking at thousands of dollars.. My buddy sold his car last year because he needed over $6000 to fix his motor.. Times are ruff now and he made his decision..

Haha yeah. Sometimes they spend an entire summer rebuilding an engine and the first race.. one of the bolts wasn’t tightened to spec and something blows up. And that’s the season is done because then it’s months rebuilding that engine again.

The turner is so important these days… They guy thats with me he really knows how to make your car perform and try to keep the HP to the limit and not to blew your engine up… But some guys have no brain and they end up doing stupid stuff.. if you go on U tube and search pro tree videos you can see some good racing and crashes..

Cayuga I know of the track. I’m in grand bend often but didn’t realize they race there

I think grand Ben has a better track. They glue the track better than Cayuga.

Iv spend so many days and hours.. Back in the day in Woodbridge.. We all hung out at Tim Hortons.. Set up races and find a spot in a industrial area so we can race.. Shoot we also raced on the 407 back in the day…

What distances do you race? And how much power is your car putting out?

We don’t do full 1/4 mile anymore.. Racing now is time at the tree and down half track.. There was so many accidents and people have died.. Rules all have changed over the years.. HP my car is only 2500.. My block will stand up to 4000hp.. It all depends on the category your in.. and the turner you have… you can be disqualified if your car is pushing so many horsepower and depending on the size of your turbos.. There’s so much rules in racing now..
