Utopia reopened

I checked out the new utopia and all i can say is wow, what a change from the old utopia.

Much classier place, the floors, walls and rooms have all been redone and the woman on schedule were all so tempting.
Maybe i am just comparing it too the old utopia but i was utterly impressed and i don't impress easily.

I sense that there might be a little shift in powers in the massage circuit now that all these hotties are under one roof.. Samantha, Paris, Heather, lelani plus some hot ones i saw in there but didn't catch their names.

Ultimately what it comes down too is you can dress the place up as nice as you want but if you don't have any girls worth seeing it's just a waste of time and money. I think that utopia is playing with a pretty good hand this round.

Who would have ever though utopia would be worth going too again?

I dont know what the big fuss is about honestly... I called in and thought i might check it out .. afterall, they had a free 30 min session room fee.. so what the heck .. (even though i like sticking to who i already trust)

Called in .. was told all girls are available .... after a few words i get some nice rudeness.. I honestly give up right there.. If this place is expecting my $$ .. it can dream on . After all, i dont think 1 client makes a difference to them anyways.. but to me, where my $$ goes.. matters A LOT to me.

I'm going to stay FAR away ..

While I didn't have your specific problem and my appointment was successful, I did have a significant phone issue as well. They did a very nice renovation and have a good looking place with a decent roster of girls but they have to fix the recepetion/phone situation....kind of like fumbling the ball on the one yard line. Too bad... the little girl at the reception was cute.

I went to Enigma recently and I can't say that I'll be back. There were no towels, there was no soap, I was asked to wait with 4 other guys in the front of the spa and the waiting area is in front of the door which at night is very easy to peer into. I doubt I'll be back.

Same line up and service style and attitude of Blue Pearl, doomed for failure IMO. Allure,HFH and SRM are still the top dogs.

i also heard that they are going to renovate Enigma just as was done at Utopia. I think that the entire business it is a work in proceess that will evolve. I have no idea why everyone is so quick to crap over it. Don't we want new, more, and heigtened competetion...doesn't that raise the bar for everyone invovled, and we the customers benefit? I for one embrace the attempted entry of the Utopia/Enigma family into the tier one parlours.

I think that's a smart step for Utopia. A few rotten apple's can give the whole place a bad name. I won't be going back to Enigma, and it seems like all of the high milage MPA's are clustering there. Utopia is smart distancing themselves from these type of MPA's who have no care for there own safety or safety of others.

Showers must be fixed.......DID THEY NOT PAY THEIR GAS BILL? One of the attendents told me that their hot water was not working most of the day. And they were not able to take their showers.....that is pretty disgusting
Owners must stop walking around like correctional officers in the hall

Employer must lay down the law with the girls, it is a two way street....but the girls run the place

I waited, almost 30 minutes and another 15 minutes in the small room. My washroom at home is the same size as the room
But my washroom has HOT WATER.

I would like to clarify that Enigma and Utopia are NOT the same spa...you have listed things that have nothing to do with our spa. As we opened for the first time, we expected to have a few hiccups as any business does but some of the things you are mentioning could not have happened at Utopia...

Regarding towels and soaps in the room, we have ordered and have in stock at the location over 500 towels and enough soaps and oils to last for months, our showers are brand new and we have cleaners that come in to clean them every evening, sinks are not broken at all, everything is brand new, the front windows are covered with California shutters, and the waiting area is very discreet and private. The temperature in the rooms of water should be perfect as we have two large boilers as well as an instant hot feature added on. We are in the process of training our staff and reception, but we only expect the best for our clients that visit and we aim to have 100% client satisfaction.
