Did any of you guys end up having the pool party? I'm curious because we are booked to stay there in 2.5 weeks and would love to know if the pool parties these days are a success.

I often go down there for daytime drinking and pool + sauna.. often get daytime birds showing up and ST'ing there

I do miss the Shark Club. Always enjoyed the additional choice and never had a bad nite there. Fond memories of December 2001 during the King's Cup when the whole of Patong & Kata was heaving and before all the mad events of the past few years. I'm out for a week to visit some friends 26 March until 02 April if any BM's are around and up for a beer? C

Sorry to say but this joint was depressing! The only good thing was the location, the rooms were dirty, it was a dark place, the pool is tiny and its nothing like what's on the net. I can't bag it enough, oh hang on yes I can, It's expensive too!

Great place foir a daytime dip and pool girls.. messing in the sauna or dragging a few gogo girls back to get wet and slippy with.. not great to stay there IMHO..

Yep, nobody talked about that poolparty anymore so there wasn't any!

So this years the dates are same-same to me, but I think the problem is that in this period the oldtimers, like Jonny, Tarzan, Bono, Mike Gb to name some are not there! :what:

I would love to have a poolparty in Los, but one by yourself is not that fun! :mad2:

Me and a lot of the board members all met up at Valhalla on the day of the Tsunami.

It was a totally bizarre way to end a totally bizarre day.

depends what you want from the place, ok its not the ritz but i wouldnt slag it of either , it served a very very usefull purpose , alas the hey days are long gone for now.
As for the evening of wave that will always be a night i shall remember for the rest of my life.
