Do you mean from France to Thailand? If so, doubtful very doubtful indeed. If you mean from Thailand to France then it's up to customs if they are interested. Cialis is a prescribed drug so up to you. Never heard of anyone getting prosecuted but if you have more than a handful it might be a different story.
