Vincy IS Coco. Saw her and asked her just to be clear for everyone. She has a Cici there visiting for a short time. And my apologies, I completely forgot to ask about Nana.

From what I gather, Vincy is sort of stepping back a bit, and providing an environment for the others to work. Don't think she's quitting, but she doesn't want to see seven or eight people a day herself.

Can't help you there, as receipts aren't any good to me. You may be able to check with your healthcare provider's website. Mine was GWL/Canada Life, and they used to list approved providers, as well as those that had fallen out of favour. Anytime I tried to submit a regular receipt, it would be rejected unless all their data requirements were met. It doesn't hurt to try though

She can provide receipts doesn't mean it is good. Also, you need to know if she has completed her 500h, 2200h or 3000h practice certification, and most insurance companies only accepted 2200h or more with clean record practitioners.
