That's been my experience too. BBBJ is inconsistent. The manager told me that it's up to the girl, but if it becomes a pattern of behavior, they will push them out of the spa.

In other words, some clients have really poor hygiene, so spa gives girls the benefit of the doubt. But if a girl gets numerous complains about the same issue, then they will blame the girl and try to rectify the problematic behavior.
