I've been to see Jenny twice now. Back wax, followed by massage and hand release. Didn't have to ask for release: she offered both times.
Both times went waaaay over time, too. Supposed to be an hour massage, and both times it's been closer to 2 hours. I hit it off with her pretty well though and made her laugh, so maybe that's why it went long. I thought her massage was more than "very average"; to me it felt great. I like her technique and felt just great afterward.
Waxing was gentle, for waxing anyway.
Hurts a bit but I'm pretty hairy and left it a couple months between sessions so it'd had all grown back.
Her setup is on the first floor of a low-rise building right on Bathurst, near St Clair. Parking available on nearest side street for free; parked there both times. It's a small studio apartment with a massage table in the main room. She plays music and keeps the lights low; very relaxing. Fresh towels and a shower offered for both before and after. Shower/bathroom was clean with lots of soaps etc. available. Watch the taps, though: very easy to make the water SCALDINGLY hot.
Her English is heavily accented but she communicates well, and is very friendly. I'd guess she's in her early 40s, but being Asian she looks 10 years younger. Wears a mini skirt and tight top. Has bolt-ons that are large for Vietnamese. She encouraged a lot of mutual touching and did remove some clothing (bottom not top, oddly) but I think it's a YMMV situation.
Total damage $35 for back/shoulder waxing + $70 for massage + $20 tip = $125 for 2.5 hours. (Had to basically insist that she take a tip though; she doesn't expect one.) I'd repeat for the massage/release alone, but regardless it's much more fun than a non-release waxing at a traditional spa.
