What has been your best marketing tool so far?

I discovered this one by accident...

Carry your massage chair around with you... take it with you into shops and restaurants... whereever... and people will start asking you questions!

mine would have to be my website - as critiqued before, i have a LOT of information on our website, from service info, to g/cs, to class schedule, to online scheduling, to nutritional info, etc. the website is the best.

coming in at a close second, though, is the enewsletter. it's so cool to be able to track who opens it, what links they click on, forward to and how many times they open it. let's me know what the favorite topics are.

i've bought the magnets but that hasn't worked for me. what's the best tool for you?

What has worked best for me in this area other than word of mouth is taking flyers/bus. cards door to door to business in town. I have gotten more business from that than anything I have tried including mail outs, radio advertising, and newspaper/yellowpages. The second best thing is the large "Massage Therapy" sign on the front of the building. I have had many ppl see the sign and decide on impulse to get the massage they've always wanted. That's my two best tools thus far. I recently purchased some magnets as well, and I'm anxious to see how those will work for me. I have been considering a website too...

thanks - i've gotten a couple of compliments on that today. and i have no idea where i found it!! :roll:

we have some new tenants in the office complex, they just moved in this week so i'll take next week to go over and meet them and do as you suggested - i'll report back!
