what if you are seen by co-workers, neighbors?

I once ran into a guy who works at the same place I do. He was with a group of guys. I was solo. We just waved and smiled at each other. We both know that if our supervisors ever found out, that would be the end of our jobs. (Actually, I would probably be canned on the spot. He might not be. Either way, it would be in both our best interests if our respective bosses didn't know anything about this part of our personal lives.)

I went to a strip club this weekend to celebrate my buddy's bachelors party and bumped into the son of my former pastor when I was there!!! I am pretty sure he saw me but tried to avoid direct eye contact and so I did the same. this lead me to think about what would mongers do if they were seen in the zona at one of the puta bars by say...a coworker, or better yet, a neighbor that knows your wife!!!!! has anyone ran into such a situation? If not, how would you handle it- assuming that it is evident you've been seen and theres no way to deny you are there?
