Granted I don't seek it out. My wife of 3 years that danced in Titanic among other places is, and there were 2 others there out of about 30 employees. The escort business is not the same as the club and bar scene. Not at all.
Escorts are not in close proximity to one another, they do not work as intensely as bar, SG and CGs, they do not deal with the same amount of customers nor do they intract with one another.

I don't want to use a Monterrey example but each club here have their heavy share of girls that are bisexual.. they will just not accept it openly.
And not only bisexual, lesbians that will do anything for money.
