When I walk am I getting Reflexology?

When I walk my feet are being consistently stimulated and pressure is being put on my feet meridians. Am I getting an overdose of reflexology. If I am going to a reflexology should I avoid walking there to keep a clean slate? If stimulating points my feet cures stuff how come people get sick in the first place. You'd think you would just constantly heal yourself.

What you want is a pair of reflexology shoes and then you don't have to bother going at all. Just walk your way to health. Oh wait! That's what doctors tell you to do so err... I don't know.

If you are stimulating certain reflexology zones on your feet when you walk, then yes you would effectively giving yourself reflexoloy.

Perhaps it could have both positive and negative effects - you wouldn't want to stimulate the wrong zones. If long walks give you a headache, blame the reflexology zones. Too much Qi going to the wrong places. And the repetitive effect from walking could be problematic; energy blocked, energy unblocked...energy blocked, energy unblocked...etc

More research is needed...
