I appreciate all the info - but I’m stubborn and still think we fall short of an Ontario official answer

the site you linked to is from the US and of a general nature and furthermore does not contemplate the “body rub parlour” concept in its listing of massage as a sub component of day spa

I say again can we specifically confirm that body rub parlours (because that’s what they are licensed as) - even though they might have the word spa in their somewhere - are officially included in the day spa category announced today?

I want to say semi-legits and holistics will be included in this decree so I don't see why bodyrubs shouldn't be part of this as well. We can definitely find out about the former 2 by checking with a stage 2 region massage parlour on Friday however, I don't know any body rubs outside the GTA and the other regions still in stage 1.

I googled that longer question and surprise it didn’t yield an answer - hence me asking here to know if anyone knew the specific answer

I see, not sure about those ones. My point was that most of the other spas weren't "legit" to begin with so as soon as they can interpret the rules to their benefit, they will open. And my guess is most of the semi legits will be comfortable opening under the phase 2 guidelines. Just my opinion, of course it doesn't apply to the GTA yet anyways...

Actually, the opposite of has been proven. Taxes have done nothing but be lowered since the 1970s and our infrastructure, educations system etc. have all lost ground. Trickle down is one of the greatest frauds perpetuated on public policy by so-called economists of the Chicago School.

I'm not saying borrowing should be unrestricted, that way lies dragons too, but the concept that a government budget is a household budget or that lowering taxes from their current level will help the economy is fantasy. There is a path between those two extremes that does allow government to take action.

As I said in a previous post I think it is time (in the US anyways) for a new FDR. Such a leader would have the support of the under 40 crowd and a lot of opposition from the wealthy and over 60 crowd. With everything falling apart it is a good time for fundamental changes.
