Waterloo, Ontario will be the next Asiancourt, aka Agincourt, in the next 20 years. For those guys that live out west, no longer will you have to travel to Scarborough or North York to get your Asian fix.

The guys in Kitchener, Cambridge, Waterloo, Guelph, London etc. will be very happy as Waterloo develops over this time period. And the asians will be mainland Chinese and Koreans, not HK Chinese as it is in Scarborough and Markham.
