Should I not at least get a basic massage that I paid $40 for? That’s legit what they said on the phone, I didn’t even ask for extras. She wanted $40 extra for a massage and a handjob only.

For $40 you should expect a basic massage.
You should also expect to pay for a HE. Some people will call it giving a tip, but the MPAs do expect to get something for that little extra service. $40 is now the going rate.

Depending on the place, some of the MPAs do not get any of the door fee, so tips are their only source of income.

If you're not willing to play the game the way the game is played, you might want to find a different game to play.

99% of MPA's allow DATY ( dining at the Y ) as part of the basic cost, so not additional cost required ....
