Why was the concept of hell introduced with Jesus and not revealed in the Torah?

Hell is older then the New testement it was introduced by the Zorastrians, that influenced sects of Judasim and Then Christianity,

Budhist hell predates the Christians too. That Hell can be left when the person is free of his ego attachements

The Real christian Hell was Introduced in the Middle ages with Dantes Inferno after the established religion needed Guilt to manipulate the masses.

The original definition of Hell in the OT is "distance from God" and not a lake of fire that the Baptists like to scare us with.

Yes. If you read the Bible in the right context, you can see. The Jews have unintentionally misinterpreted the Old Testament.

Jews for Jesus even agree the Christian interpretation is the right one.

If you study archeological and history, you will see Jews used to believe in an eternal Hell. Even IF they didn't, then maybe God decided not to reveal this information to them because they weren't ready for it yet. Who knows?
