I should clarify.
We all have our own definitions and boundaries of cheating.

From one perspective; any sex with anyone other than your SO (including yourself in the form of masmassageplanet.netation) is cheating.

My personal feeling is;
When you get into a relationship with your SO you enter into a contract.

Exclusivity in exchange for sex.

So if the SO holds out on sex, that would be cheating on their part on the arrangement and the contract is null and void anyway so it's not cheating.

Going to a MPA is just paying for treatment of a sexual dysfunction.
The SO is not sexually functioning properly.

Presumably your SO knows that, on occasion, you will take a dump, even if you don't say when it happens. If you're going to a MP or SP of some kind and your SO knows about it and accepts it, by all means go ahead, regardless of whether they know about any particular incident.
