Ok, I'm glad you realized I wasn't trying to insult you or anything.

But don't you agree though that if you can express your attraction to someone like saying she's a fox, or a hottie, or whatever, without it being degrading, then you should also be able to say she's a dog, or fugly, or whatever as well without being degrading?

For example: a common term I've heard over the years has been; she's so hot I bet she shits strawberry ice cream......and I've also heard (for men as well as women) she was so ugly her parents tied a steak around her neck so the dog would play with her.

Well I don't know if CH agrees with you, but I certainly do not. The example with the dog food strikes me as being unnecessarily cruel. I find it neither humerous nor entertaining. It would have been sufficient to say "she's not my type".

I bet you don't find Jim Norton funny either? Hence why the world is full of people with various tastes, senses of humour, attitudes and ways of life. Wouldn't life be boring if we all just walked along the middle of the road?

So, if your method of displaying your lack of interest or you find her unappealing is "not my type", if she was really your type would your response be "she's my type"? Because if you would say anything else that would make you a hypocrite (for lack of a better word).
