I agree both Selina and Chanel are not well trained as well as their service and attitude are YMMV. However, some customers are happy to be their trainers because they do take advantage of that Yes, it is a service business. Simply pay the girl below average tip and not repeating next time, if you find her service doesn't meet your criteria. Anyways, I already told the boss about your feedback and concern. She will give the young girls lesson in the near future.
Flash news, pal: except for your fabricated reviews, have you seen anyone else posting anything positive about either one of these girls? Anyone??
YMMV is a loose term that you keep using, but I really am having a tough time believing any of it. How many rich young dudes have you keep coming back to drop doe on these green college girls? Please do enlighten us.
Not trying to attack Selina or Chanel, but they are just the latest examples of false advertising that you are conducting. At least you do tell some truth by telling us that they are new to the industry, however, most competing spas would at least give them guidance how to deal with customers in such establishments.
โSimply pay the girl below average tip and not repeating next time...โ so, you are telling us that itโs acceptable to pay below the agreed upon fees (as some of them do ask upfront) if we feel the delivered services are not up to par? The boss and girls are okay with this? Oh wait, you are the boss lol
I do agree though, that I, we, should take our business elsewhere since we DO feel their services DO NOT meet up to our expectations.
I do suggest that perhaps itโs best if you stopped attacking the negative feedback, and instead take the constructive criticism and try to change your business model. You do want us to come back, correct?!
You do have potentially very good assets there. While you are at it, change those disgusting brown towels and clean up the shower, will ya? Lol
