It is easy to find out who he is based on his complaints on forum and he has mentioned that which girls he has been done. We narrowed a few people and finally got the answer.

He used to stay in the room for one hour, but ended up paying $40 only. He took advantage of the 45 mins session and the mew girls didn't realize that. He did that trick so many times.
