New grey and pink towels? It had been discussed before. Girls tend to re use the towels if they look clean and it is hard to tell whether the towel has been used or not if they are in color. Maggie herself told me they re use it all the time when she was working there. It has to be white to show the cleanliness of the spa. Any color towels..I will pass.

It was the old issue when the previous owner May still run this spa. The new hot owner won‘t make this stupid mistake once again. She treats her regulars very well . lol
