Think the bro who posted the Review went to another joint, not Yong Jian.

Firstly, he mentioned he saw a girl standing at the stairs - er, YJ is on the first level walkway, no stairs nearby, unless you are talking about the stairs next to it that lead to Imperial Court Residences?

Second, the doors in the renovated YJ each have a glass panel in the middle that enables the person outside to check on the proceedings in the room - govt measure to weed out kinky business.

Unless you are telling me the lady HJ you despite the possibility of passers-by seeing you both in the act?

Yeah, then someone's going to get the sack soon.

Having a glass panel in the middle of each door does not necessarily mean a definite no special? In the small cubicle, if off or dim the room lighting then virtually can't see what is going inside. Just my 2 cents...

Just returned Reviewom Yong Jian and was told they will closing end of this month.

This place has never ceased to amaze me: the numerous changes in ownership, rapid turnover of manpower, and the persistence of that goofy looking PRC turned-citizen lady boss.

When it got revamped end of last year, it took on the semblance of a clean joint until recently, when another batch of women came (i was told it was actually some kind of homecoming, for they had been there in the early days before some crack down)

Well, I happened to be around this place often to buy 4D and Toto just a few shops away Reviewom this joint. Looks like they have just done some minor renovation recently, like a month or so ago. Still the same darn thing la. Tried it eons ago and completely given up on these TN liao.

And so, all these TN joints are almost always the same darn thing, looking for the lucrative HJ at 50bucks a pop. This is a totally big fat rip-off in my books. 50bucks for an easy 5min job. I would rather go for a full-service bonk in those tomyam fishtanks at L18 areaG. Why go for just a faux HJ by some old chicken when you can have a young tomyam to service you at the same price, and mind you, you get full-service by a young tomyam.

this joint was never good. it just happened that it was one of the remaining few left in the area... hope after GE more open up... miss this area 5 yrs ago... when it was really really happening.
