Well, I wouldn't say that. They had a hard time yesterday.

First at couple of bikes with tourist didn't stop, they just drove around the officer trying to stop them.

Then a bike with two older Thai ladies simply turned around when they saw the officer, and then drove in the other direction on the Beach Road.

And then 4 or 5 bikes with young farang men with no shirt and no helmet arrived, and they also just drove past the officers without stopping.

At that point, I actually felt sorry for the poor bastards.

Well we just passed the biggest LOS roadblock I've seen.
Coming back to Patong at the bottom of ? Kata hill - at least 30 MIB on both sides of the road with a mobile pay office set up signed " PAY POLICE" - quite a queue there 555!

(They waved us through - I guess because MC was with us !)
