Appeal is very different than a mistrial. You claimed the judge said she may have caused a mistrial. Well, the defence claimed that, made a motion to the judge to declare a mistrial, the judge considered it and denied it. If he thought there was grounds for a mistrial he would have declared it right then and there. He didn’t. You consistently misrepresent what actually happens and claim you are fair and unbiased which you are not.

My bad, I said mistrial instead of appeal.

What would the appeal be based on?

Chauvin Weighed 140lbs. Even the prosecution stopped saying neck, after video from other perspectives showed the knee was more on the shoulder/back area.

I never knew putting a knee on a person's neck is a police procedure. Even if it is a police procedure you have to use common sense sometimes.

It doesn't matter Floyd asked or not, they are trained police officers, they have to do what was the right thing to do.

so if the suspect refuse to listen to the police's commands and walks toward his/her vehicle, should the police just sit there and watch? who knows what weapon is hiding inside the vehicle. It is easy for people to criticize from the sideline.

Don't be so childish. Have you ever seen a police car with no air condition and did you notice the car was running.

I did sit in the back of the police cruiser once with the engine running. There is no heat in the back what so ever. Before anybody asked why I sit in the back of a police crusier, I was giving a statement to a stabbing i witnessed. The TPS can only video tape a witness statement from the back of a police crusier. The seat is rock hard with no cushion just pure plastic.
