Appeal is very different than a mistrial. You claimed the judge said she may have caused a mistrial. Well, the defence claimed that, made a motion to the judge to declare a mistrial, the judge considered it and denied it. If he thought there was grounds for a mistrial he would have declared it right then and there. He didn’t. You consistently misrepresent what actually happens and claim you are fair and unbiased which you are not.
