so I went a total of three times, and everytime I go, Maggie opens the door. so she's like management disguised as reception. last two visits I had to wait a bit and she always offers to do the massage instead. so on my 3rd visit when they screwed up my booking by letting a walk-in take my spot she offered and I went with it.
