I'll certainly agree with that part. The rate is NOT the rate in my book. The more you know the less you pay - part of my reason for learning to speak Thai (badly) was seeing the benefits it offered in price negotiations for all things Thai.

There are various things that do affect the rate :rules: - and understanding those (which you seem to do) - will keep everybody happy - and having fun is why we are there. Enjoy.

You will be perceived as a couple for sure. Thai girls blur all lines between prostitutes, wives and girlfriends. Some girls lean more one way or the other. The gogo type girl will want you because she will think she can cheat you into her room to make some money. The shyer type BG will go with the flow as long as you make the moves. But then again, how do you know if the girl at the disco has not worked ?
