Activities with Girls

Hi. I would appreciate the advice of members on what kind of out of hotel activities a girl would feel comfortable with if she agrees to spend a few days with me. I’m sure that it would be a lot more fun for both of us if she’s happy with what we are doing together.

I noted advice in a previous post that the girls would be uncomfortable and unimpressed if taken to an upmarket restaurant and I wondered what other thing might please or displease them. Obviously each girl is an individual, but I’m sure that there is a lot of common ground.

For instance, would she be comfortable on bus tours or boat trips with other tourists or would she prefer more individual touring?

How about walking, swimming and so forth?

Would the Kamala Fantasea, music cabaret places and drag shows entertain her?

I know that there are members with a lot of experience out there and would really appreciate advice.

I have found that if she can have som tam regularly there is not much problem what you do. I think you will find she will be just happy going where you go and prob be happy if you dont give her to much choice (sexist i know) but wtf

well I wouldn't say that most gals would be "unhappy" with an upmarket restaurant....its just a lerned thing so many would be unimpressed though...best to say that it would be a lost experience for many....having said that most TGs are happiest eating their own food

some gals don't like the sun as they like to keep their skin as light as possible so you may get some resistance or even worse silence on that subject when you bring up trips on boats (many are scared of boats and get sea sick) the beach etc etc

Fantasea , cabaret, drag shows all should be fine with most gals

Your girl will most likely go along with almost any activity you would like.
Many of the girls have not been anywhere "Upmarket" as they could not possibly afford it.
The culture puts the decisions with you as the man and is best summed up by "Up to you".
A phrase you will become increasingly familiar with.

Eat, Sleep, Eat, Shop, Sleep, Eat, Watch Telly whilst Eating then go for a Sleep, occasionally parade you in front of her mates, do the 'Puppy Dog' eye thing for a bit of money, then probably need to get her head down for an hour.....Not necessarily in that order.

Of course if you are on holiday, do what you want to do and she will act happy to join you in anything, mostly because she will see anytime apart as opportunity to lose a customer. If you ask a girl what she wants to do any given day she will almost certainly answer, "up to you", however if she were to give you an honest answer, which she won't, it would pretty much exactly what Denver said.

My two cents;
Simons and Fantasea have a high "Thai" content and are usually a hit with the BGs.
Walking is seldom a hit with any Thai, swimming, snorkelling, boat trips depend on the girl.
Bus tours, well, group tours of any kind, with "normal" tourists can be a disaster, a little uncomfortable or no worries at all depending on who is in the group - with these activities don't worry about her being uncomfortable - she will not be getting the dirty looks and muttered comments from the respectable folks, you will be! I would say the best activities they dream of are to be with their friends back at the loom or with their Thai BF................anything else is just work and requires that lovely false Thai smile

you're paying, you're the boss. if you want to eat in an expensive you eat there, shes not going to say no or stick her nose up 5555. she will go with you and find something on the menu she'll like one way or another.

boat trips and stuff just takes a bit of common sense depending on what the girl is like. if she's more rough and ready she'll have a great day out, but if shes a (trying to be) white gogo girl with the japanese hairstyle, then of course it'll be her worst nightmare, and she wouldnt want to go. get to know them first would be the ticket...

but as G said, one way or the other, its just business.

One of them has a swedish boyfriend and two kids. She says the he loves when she is darkbrown and thats why she stays in the sun. I did not see anything that looked like they where FL on the beach that day.

the opinion seems to be that the girls would rather be elsewhere with their mates, fair enough.....so why would anyone invite them on a trip if we know they would rather be elsewhere?

why not just go on your own??

my 'totally scientific' survey at Nai Harn beach this afternoon - nine Thai women on the beach, all well under 30 I'd say except for #9 who is with me . . . four swimming with 2 pre-schoolers, another group of three swimming later on, and one with her 'boyfriend' (my guess, but about 40yr age gap). At the lagoon - two women road cyclists on training ride, and two with their farang partners doing some 'proper' fitness walking - I say 'proper as they were all kitted out in decent shoes etc and holding a good pace round the lake.
No sign of any FLs, though NH maybe not the beach for that anyway - a Russian outpost these days.
No offence taken, but i do get a little defensive about 'any Thai girl at the beach being a FL'; hopefully we'll see more tgs (not bgs) there, the 2-day lifeguard training i was involved in for 110 teens pre-xmas had a approx 60f/50m balance

Food, food and more food never fails to please. If its a buffet type affair like the one they have at Fantasea then all the better.

get to know the girl and you will be able to tell what kind of person she is and what she likes. that or they will be happy to lie to ensure you dont find another girl and go along for the ride

Seriously, the Phuket markets on Sat. and Sunday are good and all tgs love a market. Fridays early evening at Kamala.
They also like to sleep in, so do your swim/beach walk while they stay in bed.
Like women world wide, shopping Malls are a big hit...
