Oldish thread but I like it.
If you're travelling with mates then let her go back to her room in the morning (around 2pm) and you go do stuff with your mates. Obv re-assure her that you'll see her later. She will be happy with this cos it means she can go home, sleep, eat etc. some more and then get ready for work later.
If you're travelling alone then yes it can be fun to have a TG hang around with you. Everyone is different but in general your TG will enjoy simple things. As Denpah said, sleep, eat, watch tv, repeat to fade. Simple, effective and fun! Great on a rainy day!
If you take a TG to the beach make sure she has an umbrella and a towel to cover herself with. Get some total sun block for her too! Oh! and if she does go in the sea be prepared to fork out for salon for her afterwards. (She will have her local salon which will be a LOT cheaper for her than if you take her to a spa or whatever.)
Remember she must eat or she die!
I found that TGs are quite happy to hang out at the pool as long as (a) there is plenty of shade. (b) there is plenty of food. and, preferably, (c) There are other TGs she can jabber away to. If she can't swim then you can teach her. That's a lot of (watery) fun too :love3:
Things like shopping are a given and universal, not just for clothes, I even found myself in the crockery dept. at one point looking at patterned plates ffs!
Remember she must eat or she die!
Jungceylon has entertainments like, bowling, games arcades, cinema andddddd........... karaoke booths! I had never seen anything like this before! individual booths where they can sit and sing Thai pop songs til their hearts content! The only downside is that you will have to sit there and listen to them sing! (and maybe even join in!)
Walking is out!
Especially during the heat of day. She walked plenty before she met you, why should she walk now? Motocyc is fine, if she doesn't have one and you can't ride one then motocyc taxi is fine (and cheap) too.
Remember she must eat or she die!
Definately do what landofsmiles suggested "
In this order take her on the bike up to Big Buddha then Wat Chalong then to the Sea Gypsy village at Rawai where you can buy a fish very cheap and a restaurant opposite the stall will BBQ it for you then if it's around 6pm and you're starting to feel a bit romantic it's a 10 minute ride round to Promthep Cape and you can watch the sunset there. " Again, if motocyc is out then your hotel can prob arrange an A/C car and driver for the day, orrrrr a tuk-tuk driver will do the same.
Buddha is very important and TGs are very proud of Thailand and want to show it off to you. She will be happy if you are suitably impressed. (It is suay maak maak

Eating: again, keep it simple. If you want to go eat at a fancy European restaurant then fine. Like the beach she will go with you cos it's what you want to do but she will not enjoy as it will be too bland for her. She will prefer to be sat on a little plastic chair by the roadside eating noodle soup. She will also be able to tell you what you should eat as a lot of it is "Not for falang!" (beware anything with thousands of red flakes in it!)
Sleeping is important too!
Remember, these girls working days usually start around 9pm and can go on til 7am so it's important that she sleeps well into the afternoon and can have a nap in the evening if she needs one.
At night, whatever you want to do is fine. Probably go to her bar, buy drinks for her and maybe some for her sisters *cough* too. Walking around a bit at night is ok too. Live music if you can find some. I like the band in Scruffy Murphy's. They play a selection of rock and Thai.
After bar then you can take her to disco. She will enjoy the music and dancing and again has the opportunity to parade you in front of her friends.
If you're not up for that then you can go play pool at Chang's pool hall at the top end of Sansabai. This is usually best if there's a few of you. Either your mates or her friends and their BFs. A few pitchers of beer and obviously some food for her and you should be ready to go back to the room :great:
