Resistance bands and cycling. I’m switching to my wahoo trainer indoors any day now for the winter.
Retired from Ironman.
I may consider going into a relay for an Ironman either swim or cycle. But since I sold my Tri bike probably swimming

It’s higher cuz we are testing more. I’d like to see the % of getting infected vs those tested- Now and during march. This may be all because 10x more ppl getting tested. ICUs full yet? Isn’t that the main concern? Have we even gotten close to it or just coat tailing the Americans?

I was never close to being as hardcore as you...I just enjoy running, cycling and swimming but definitely not competitively.

I'll continue to do all 3. I have a treadmill and bike (as well as machines) at home and will continue to swim at the gym until they shut down. My swim speed is not that good, I know what I need to do to get better (basically improve my "catch") but to do that means taking a huge step backwards for a couple of months. And since I mostly swim for the exercise (and not competition), I'm not sure I want to do that at this point...

The really stupid ones are the ones going to these weddings and having large gatherings. There's nothing wrong with responsible shopping or even being carefully distant in a restaurant. But events that invite close physical proximity, kissing, hugging, etc, these are stupid.

So again, not wrong...but I think highlighting rare super spreader events allows government to abscond their responsibility to provide reliable, available testing, meaningful consequences for violations, proper health/safety training, PPE in hospitals and care centres, and adequate quarantine facilities to jurisdictions that need it. Developing countries are kicking our ass at this, ffs...

Yes exactly. CDC says more than half of all cases are spread by people who don't know they are sick at all... either asymptomatic or presymptomatic.
