Review on my failed negotiation

As I was on leave, I woke up at 12+ and called my regular TN girl to say I had something to discuss. I arrived at about 3:30 and sat down for a serious talk. Basically, I was tired of doing stuff in the shop and wanted to negotiate a price for outside action. Here's how it went... translated in English.

Her: What's the matter?
