Next was mentioned by another BM as part of a reaction on a long 'newbie intro' which included also some questions. I thought (for myself) to move this comment to this thread as separate discussion item.

Statement
It may not be wise to try to take more than 1 girl (butterflying) from a bar (e.g. MTB) especially if it is going to be your jumping off point for the night and regular drinking spot. Even so, let them know straight out you are looking for different ladies.

Does he has a good point or...?
What are your thoughts about this? Can you go more in details what the 'rules' are in this region?

This is not even worth starting a thread on and there have been loads before on a similar subject if you use the Search function.

You just tell straight them off you are here on holiday, you don't want a girlfriend and you want to butterfly...just like they do except to them it is work. I've been at a Soi Eric bar when there were 6 there at the same time that I had taken before at differing times. No problem at all.

Thanks for (aynal)ysing my post- shows how little attention you paid to the content of the thread. Are there girls in Patong who are not H00kers- Yes. Are there girls working in beer bars who are not- No (unless you count the ladyboys) Is a girl from Robinsons who goes out with a guy for B1000 after a work a H00ker- yes. A limited view of Thailand having seen guys go through this for over 20 years- I think not. If you want to take it to a different level what did a lot of wives/GF do before they do before they got settled, but we don't want to go there. The rules are... :rules: there are no rules! For starters... see if you can bar fine all the girls in the bar on the 1st night. Take them back to your room and get them all naked... they'll know the score then!
But in general... Bar Girls can get quite jealous if you bar fine another girl from the same bar... so I wouldn't advise it if it's going to be your main "drinking bar"... but by all means you may get away with it at other bars if you are open about your intentions... but still jealousy has its way of rearing its ugly head... :bad:

As a general rule, it is not a good idea to BF a girl at the bar which is your regular watering hole, and certainly, when you've done one, it is best to steer clear of the others. :rules:

I second that. I met a girl in 2007 and had one drink only with her and that was it. I went again this year and this girl taps me on the shoulder when I was in a club and it was her. I did not remember her but she remembers me and all i did was buy her one drink. So you went with this girl, but she will remember you for sure...:love3:
