You mailed back saying you wanted tuesday 27th at 1 pm...the 3 days you said you waited for her response was:

Saturday 24th
Sunday 25th
Monday 26th

Monday 26th was...Memorial Day! If she didn't reply by then, did you consider that she probably was away for the long weekend?

You didn't give her time to get back to you...instead of sending a polite mail asking if she got your request, you went off pointing how she was turning away your business and YOU had more choices.

How do you expect her to reply to you? Seriously, you came across as rude and demanding.

If I got a mail like that, probably I would ignore...and move on. At least she gave you an answer
